Description and services
The house offers all the essential amenities a vacation rental should have. Washing machine, dishwasher, equipped kitchen, WIFI, TV in the living room and TV in the master bedroom. A large veranda makes it pleasant to have breakfast in the morning, dinner in the evening and enjoy the cool outdoors. An oven / grill is available for a delicious roast.
Suestellas holiday homes are green
During the renovation we focused on sustainability to increase living comfort without burdening the environmental balance. Our goals were greater energy efficiency, which we achieved with new generation windows and a thermal coat outside the home.
The windows have a thicker frame and three panes. The photovoltaic system has 30 panels that produce all the energy needed by the entire property during the day.

Outside the house there is a large veranda where you can have breakfast in the open air, sunbathe on the loungers and enjoy the cool of the evening while dining by candlelight. All around so much space to explore and take long walks

The property is accessed via an electric gate. The access code will be given to you before arrival. At the check in you will have the remote control for easier access

Veranda
On the south / west side of the house is the veranda. This overlooks a large green area with plants and lawn. The veranda is ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners to better appreciate the contact with nature.
